Christians for Biblical Equality promote the biblical truth that all believers without regard to gender, ethnicity or class are called to exercise their God given gifts with equal authority and equal responsibility.

We believe leadership in the church should be determined by experience, understanding, and character, not gender. We believe within marriage both husband and wife are called to mutual service. We believe these understandings of church and family are an outworking of the gospel and that they reflect the mind and the purposes of God.
